STEAM team participated in a workshop "Circular Food Economy- the Sustainability of Food Production & Consumption" on Sept. 20th in KMUTT's Knowledge Exchange (KX) building. The event showcased 1) Thailand FoodInnopolis Accelerator and the Food R&D, Innovation and Industry Ecosystem; 2) Circularity of Coffee and Sugar cane - creating new products from waste and 3) Food waste prevention and management.
