Dr Mark FOLEY

Born in Australia, Dr Mark Foley has lived in Japan for almost 30 years. At NanoGlobe, he brings his strategic mind, and in-depth market and technical knowledge and experience, to on-the-ground business development.
He is the key driver for NanoGlobe business growth in Asia with his multi-lingual skills and multi-cultural experience coupled to his technology and business mind. He covers business development for strategic, emerging technologies including batteries, advanced materials, sensors, electronic devices, AI, robotics, smart manufacturing, solar cells, power electronics, quantum technologies, and drives them to enable new industries.

Prior to NanoGlobe, Dr. Foley worked in the semiconductor business of Fujitsu Limited, focusing on strategy and business development.
Dr. Foley received his Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in physics from The University of New South Wales, Australia for semiconductor nano-device research done at The University of Tokyo, Japan.
