Mr Nicholas FOSTER

IQ Energy Australia, with their Canadian partners IQ Energy Inc., are currently building a modular, scalable, and containerized advanced recycling unit for dirty and mixed plastics. IQ Advanced Recycling units are focused on taking dirty and mixed plastics and converting them back into valuable resources, such as clean water and a plastic-derived crude oil that can be converted back into plastic. The IQ Advanced Recycling units will be automated and manufactured which allows them to be decentralized and replicable so that they can be installed in a range of locations and the automation opens up the opportunity so that the locals can be the operators.
Nicholas has worked in the operations of IQ Energy Australia for over a year and has helped them participate in The Incubation Network - Future of Flexibles Accelerator Program, the CSIRO Plastic Waste Program and to be recognised by HolonIQ as one of the top 100 most promising Envirotech startups in Australasia.
Nicholas' background is in operations within the not for profit and the hospitality sectors and has also worked with youth led organisation Global Voices.
