Background: Ricky served in corporate life as a Senior Executive in Sales, Quality Improvement, and Communication Improvement disciplines. He established his own consulting and training company in 1993, to provide change agent and executive coaching services to move individuals and teams from their current state to a desired future state.

Clients: include national and international corporations throughout Australia and Asia Pacific. His
include the fields of Healthcare, Electronics, Electrics, Singapore Government Statutory Boards, Business Schools, Polytechnic Institutions, Banking, Financial Institutions, Chemical Corporations, Airlines, Manufacturers and Global Retail Chains.
