Mr Teeramate Nuanplab

Mr Teeramate Nuanplub cares about the environment and people. Growing up on a farm in south Thailand, he started producing films about the life of people as a teenager. At 16, his short film “Chan-Thong” (Am I Pregnant?) won him the Leadership Award in Sex Education by the Thailand Ministry of Health. This film has been used to conduct sex education at various universities in Thailand, including Chulalongkorn University (the top and oldest university in Thailand) and for Thailand’s Stop Teen Mom programs. He continues producing short films and music videos with his friends and classmates, illustrating the lives of university students in Thailand during his four years of undergraduate studies in KMUTT

He recently graduated with an innovative product, “PlasticSphere,” an interactive media platform to educate the public about plastic pollution in the ocean and build awareness of the negative environmental impact of our everyday consumption. He has been the STEAM Platform’s webmaster since he became an intern in 2018. He has evolved into a youth leader with his continuous hard work, dedication, strategic communication skills, and technical talent. His outstanding design, animation, and coding skills have shaped the appearance of the newly re-branded NanoGlobe.
